The Lord Nelson Pub and Kitchen
A restaurant in Nottinghamshire with that little something extra - a good old-fashioned pub!
The Moleface Pub Company brings their original take on a traditional London gastro pub food and shabby chic interior to the leafy village of Burton Joyce in the form of the newly refurbished Lord Nelson - country life - a stones throw from the city.
A Gastropub in Nottinghamshire featuring local produce
Pioneering the presence of gastro pubs outside of London, the Lord Nelson will offer good quality locally sourced food ranging from lunchtime bar meals to 3-course evening dinners to weekend breakfasts and family friendly dining at Sunday lunchtime.

Relaxed dining in comfortable surroundings
With leather upholstered furniture and a uniquely retro feel, the Lord Nelson will be the perfect place to enjoy a casual lunch or a boozy dinner. Like a traditional pub you’ll find real ales and guest beers, but more than that the Lord Nelson will be offering an extensive wine list and signature cocktails as well as the choice of dining indoors or alfresco in the summer months.
The newly founded Moleface Pub Company is the brain child of John Molnar (the former head chef of bluu and Red House), local businessman Matt Cullen and Matt Saunders and Simon Patterson both of Fat Cat Group. Together, their collective CV reads like a who’s who of the East Midlands restaurant and bar industry.
